Marisol at The Cliffs Hotel & Spa is continuously growing and expanding! We are seeking a gracious, thoughtful, and motivated part-time Host who can create a sense of luxury while engaging with guests. We look forward to connecting with you!

Position Summary:

The Host/Hostess is responsible for creating an excellent first impression for guests dining at Marisol. They maintain timely flow of reservations and walk-ins, have strong communication skills over the phone and in-person, and project positivity and happiness. They will successfully model The Cliffs' Mission and Values as they engage with the guests in their day-to-day interactions.

Education, Experience, Skills:

• High school diploma

• Working knowledge of guest services in a luxury hotel setting.

• Excellent command of English language.

• Ability to work with people effectively.

• Ability to multitask and work in mentally demanding situations

• Responsible Beverage (RBS) Trained and ABC Certified within 30 days of start date

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand continuously for the duration of the shift (4-8 hours).

• Ability to lift small packages (under 40 pounds).

• Ability to work in stressful situations.
