Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Facilitates dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners or as otherwise instructed.
Interacts with guests in a friendly and hospitable manner to act as an ambassador for the company.
Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus.
Adjusts complaints of patrons.
Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
Execute marketing guidelines based on unit or division.
Clean, maintain and replenish station or area of responsibility at the beginning, during and at the end of the shift.
