Job Summary:

Enhances the growth of National Casino Marketing (NCM) gaming revenues by delivering superior guest service. Maintains relationships with valued NCM guests as well as NCM Reps and addresses any issues that arise in a timely matter.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintains close ties with NCM guests through personal contact when they are visiting the casino.

  • Responsible for assisting the VIP Marketing team with growing the National VIP business.

  • Coordinate cross-property reservations, air travel, ground transportation, event and restaurant reservations; manage hotel reservation and arrival reports for individual and group visitation; coordinate check cashing approval process; maintain VIP files.

  • Assist in greeting incoming groups or guests at the airport and upon hotel check in.

  • Greets guests in the casino and participates in social events and special promotions.

  • Verifies the accuracy of guests' offers, transportation and accommodations.

  • Responds to requests from NCM representatives when the Sales Manager and Coordinator are not available.

  • Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established guidelines.

  • Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.

  • Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.


  • Must have proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service.

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be willing to work any shift when necessary.

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

  • College degree in Marketing, Hotel or Business preferred but not required.

  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.

  • Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:

  • Must be able to continuously maneuver around office.

  • Must be able to move quickly around property.

  • Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk.

  • Responds to visual and aural cues.

  • Must be able to work independently and proven to be self-motivated.

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.

  • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests' needs.

  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke.
