The Role We are currently looking to hire a Host Family Recruiter to work in our Accommodations department and participate in host family recruitment and community engagement throughout San Diego. This is a great opportunity for individuals who like interacting with people.

The ideal candidate is one who is looking to improve communication skills and enhance knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques, as well as push efforts of community involvement. Requirements Upbeat and positive even during stressful times Able to develop positive relationships with team members and members of the community Communicate clearly and effectively Able to work as a team and also independently Self-motivated Creative thinker and problem solver A dynamic and outgoing person A person who enjoys a fun and dynamic international environment Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check Must be available on weekends and some evenings This is a part-time position, 20-30 hours/week with the possible opportunity to move into a full-time role in the future.
