Interact with clients to ensure all service levels are understood and needs met
Lead the staff to be efficient and productive
Review and propose execution of catering contracts
Ensure staff is trained and observes National Safety Food (NSF) guidelines

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Associate degree or 4+ years related experience
Self-starter with high level of initiative, flexibility and adaptability
Strong leadership, customer service and work ethic.
Ability to work independently with little direction.
Able to meet schedules and deadlines.
Proven ability to identify and address concerns with proposed solutions.
Ability to multi-task while taking direction from various departments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of detail orientation and good follow-through skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to effectively prioritize work within budget and time constraints
Highly reliable and flexible work schedule as needed (infrequent work on the weekends/before or after hours may be required).
Previous experience managing and people; lead by example

Excellent interpersonal skills - with both customers and employees
Organized, excellent time management
Must be able to lift/carry 30 - 50 lbs.
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other database driven software

Comfort developing and managing to service levels and KPIs
Excellent office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn new systems
