Job Summary:
The Hospitality Specialist Front Office serves as the primary point of contact for guests, managing all aspects of their stay to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient and courteous operation of the front desk
Check guests in/out, collect balances, and post room charges
Answer and transfer calls with proper telephone etiquette
Assist guests with inquiries about local attractions and dining options
Make courtesy and follow-up calls to address guest concerns
Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests
Process daily revenue and manage cashier functions
Prepare night audit reports
Handle reservations, room moves, and stay-over requests
Address maintenance/service requests promptly
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience in the Resort/Hotel industry; Timeshare knowledge preferred
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills under pressure
Bilingual skills a plus
Active problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
Work Schedule:
Off Monday's & Tuesday's, Night shift Wednesday -Sunday 4-midnight..
