Job Summary:

The Hospitality Specialist Front Office serves as the primary point of contact for guests, managing all aspects of their stay to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and courteous operation of the front desk

  • Check guests in/out, collect balances, and post room charges

  • Answer and transfer calls with proper telephone etiquette

  • Assist guests with inquiries about local attractions and dining options

  • Make courtesy and follow-up calls to address guest concerns

  • Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests

  • Process daily revenue and manage cashier functions

  • Prepare night audit reports

  • Handle reservations, room moves, and stay-over requests

  • Address maintenance/service requests promptly

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Experience in the Resort/Hotel industry; Timeshare knowledge preferred

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service skills under pressure

  • Bilingual skills a plus

  • Active problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends

Work Schedule:

Off Monday's & Tuesday's, Night shift Wednesday -Sunday 4-midnight..
