Under moderate supervision, this position organizes and delivers high quality dining services to our patients. This position is responsible for following standard operating procedures for organizing, setting up, stocking, cleaning and delivering services to the patient care unit, patient and their family.
This position also supports kitchen functions, clean up and sanitation. Hospitality staff are responsible for assisting patients with menu selections, offering alternative choices and being proactive and responsive to service questions. This position will have access to patient information and/or hosptial funds and provides direct patient care.
Education, Certifications and Credentials: High School Diploma or GED.
Expereince: Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Rotating Shifts may be required.
