Your daily responsibilities include

  • Work closely with F&B, Sales and Hotel management on day to day operations.

  • Demonstrate best practices in all areas of F&B and Hotel.

  • Assist management in the implementation of policies and procedures.

  • Represent Hollywood Casino, the DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrenceburg and The Lawrenceburg Event Center in the community in a manner that reflects positively on Penn National Gaming.

  • Effectively respond to manager's requests in all areas of cast member interaction and cast member concerns.

  • Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the Hotel Housekeeping department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.

  • Assists with supervision of daily cleaning of occupied rooms and preparation of rooms for new check-ins.

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Provides positive communication and use Marquee Service Training skills with every patron and co-worker.

  • Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.

  • Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job may or may not have supervisory responsibilities.

  • Manages work procedures and expedites workflow.

  • Provides coaching and counseling to team members.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree or above in related field from accredited four year college or university; or enrollment in such program where an internship is a requirement.

The Retail Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within an assigned territory. Position Shift and Schedule This is a full time permanent position working on the 1st shift typically working from 5:00 am until finished and five (5) shifts per week to include Saturday and Sunday. Days off will fall during the week. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled. Position Compensation The starting rate of pay for this position is $15.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle between the first and last store on your assigned daily route. Position Territory You will be stocking and merchandising our products in our customers' stores located in the greater Cincinnati area ( Harrison, Whitewater, Lawrenceburg, IN, Aurora, IN, Batesville, IN). We have a local branch located in Cincinnati, OH that you will need to visit for orientation and scheduled meetings. Position Responsibilities * Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores. * Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule. * Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction. * Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue. * Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices. * Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned. * Available to work weekends and holidays.
