HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. Responsible for providing resident related (non-hands-on) care and ancillary services in accordance with HCR ManorCare quality standards under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.

Position is applicable prior to successfully receiving certification as a nursing assistant. Performs host/hostess duties in accordance with accepted standards of non-hands-on resident care. Position Requirements

Ability to communicate with residents and staff; Ability to follow directions and to complete assigned tasks. Works with elderly residents, families, and other staff members. Previous experience preferred.

Purpose The Stephen M. Ross School of Business launched an Online MBA Program in September 2019. We are currently seeking a part-time Instructional Support Specialist to support the MKT 533 Marketing Management for the Fall term (July 1, 2020 to November 5, 2020). The online program will include both asynchronous (on-demand) course material and synchronous (classroom) sessions. This individual will support both the Faculty Lead of the course and students. Brief course description: This course provides students the essential framework required to develop a marketing plan and to make appropriate marketing decisions under ambiguity. The course exposes students to three key components of the marketing plan: analysis, strategy, and tactics. The analysis part of the course delves into issues such as customer analysis, customer journey mapping, customer lifetime value, competitor analysis, and the importance of collaborators for delivering value to customers. The strategy part of the course will include segmentation of markets, targeting one or more of the segments to serve, and crafting a positioning that will appeal to the chosen target market. The tactics part of the course will discuss how the firm can achieve this positioning via appropriate products, price, distribution, and promotion. The course will entail several case discussions and a final project where student teams need to write a marketing plan for a product of their choice. Responsibilities* * Primary on demand contact for questions from students; provide one-on-one explanations of asynchronous course content and concepts via email, phone, or other remote methods. * Objective grading of assignments and exams. * Other non-instructional duties as determined by faculty. Required Qualifications* * Graduate degree or graduate coursework in Marketing * Excellent interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills * Exceptional attention to detail and a personal commitment to high quality work * Strong communication skills and ability to develop rapport with a diverse student population * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and regularly exercise judgement in setting priorities Desired Qualifications* * Experience with online education preferred Work Locations * The position will work remotely. The duration of this position will be from July through early November with the opportunity for repeated employment each time the course is taught.
