POSITION PROFILE

Responsible for the provision of facility maintenance and support services. Ensures the safety, security and convenience of facility occupants and guests, while also ensuring the cost-effective operation of Corporate facilities. Coordinates with Property Manager on land lord provided services.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualtrics VOC global reach

  • QR Codes and content (work orders/Amenities)

  • Align Regionally on utilization

  • Develop conference room experience locally and benchmark

  • What else? HR, IT AV

  • Event Planning

  • Align regionally on events and comms

  • Comm training with Kayla

  • Communications

  • Services cadence and regional alignment

  • Develop EHS Newsletter?

  • All EHS utilize for comms

  • Metrics

  • Standardize services metrics locally

  • Build MBR that can drive globally

  • Budgeting

  • 4 years Military finance

  • Develop ideas around budgetary metrics

  • Standardize ledger, brainstorming

  • SharePoint

  • Develop and maintain

  • Work with vendors on content

  • ERG

  • Build the relationship

  • Event planning and needs

  • Tie in regionally

  • Admin Connection

  • Build the relationship

  • Tie in quarterly with Vendor presentations

  • AV & conference room support

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

  • Valid Drivers' License required

  • Minimum 2 -3 years building services related experience

  • Technical Skills required
