Summary:

Responsible for organizing and directing theoverall operation of the Nutrition & Culinary Services clinical nutritionand culinary service function in accordance with applicable federal, state, andlocal guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures to ensurethat quality food service and nutrition care is provided to the patients, employees,and guests.

Education:
1.Bachelor's degree or higherin dietetics or nutrition related field required.

Registration/Licenses/Certification:
1.Registration from the Commission on DieteticRegistration (www.cdrnet.org)
2.Licensure and/or certification from the StateLicensing Board for Dietitians
3.Food Protection Manager Certification from an ANSI-CFPaccredited program

Experience:
1.Three years experience as a dietitian.
2.Two years experience infoodservice management preferred.
