Hospital Financial Manager

A wonderful new opportunity has become available at a state-of-the-art, award-winning acute care hospital for a Hospital Financial Manager located in Eastern Arizona This patient-centered, non-profit, 100 bed hospital holds numerous awards and prides itself on providing exceptional patient care to members of the community. Reporting to the ACFO, the Hospital Financial Manager will be responsible for leading Accounting, Accounts Payable and Payroll.

The Hospital Financial Manager will prepare governmental reports, schedule monthly and annual audits, and reconcile payroll tax information according to IRS guidelines. In addition, the Hospital Financial Manager will identify and communicate opportunities to improve organizational financials. The Hospital Financial Manager will collaborate with Managers of other organizational departments to ensure all departments are reporting and adhering to department budgets.
