Description:

As a member of the Hospice Team, the Coordinator of Volunteer services will support the mission of Hospice through the development and oversight of all volunteer activities of the Hospice Program. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, screening, training, placement, supervision and recognition of volunteer personnel.

The Coordinator of Volunteer Services has an active role within the hospice care team in the collaboration, development and implementation of patient care plans related to volunteer support, including the responsibility of maintaining and adhering to Medicare and CHAP regulations.

The coordinator is a member of a team of coordinators who oversee a particular area and support each other.

This position will work out of the Saratoga office but travel to other office locations will be required.

Some evenings and weekends necessary

Pay Range: $19.20- $25.85

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
