Hospice RN

FirstHealth of the Carolinas is a nationally recognized health care system located in central North Carolina. As of March 2023, FirstHealth of the Carolinas officially opened its new comprehensive cancer center to patients. Our growing health system has more than 5,400 employees serving in more than 75 locations throughout a 15-county service area. In addition, the#system#provides home health and hospice services, emergency care, and medical transportation.

FirstHealth Hospice provides a variety of resources to patients and families to help relieve suffering and maintain quality of life.# Our team recently received a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in its 2023 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Hospice Survey (CAHPS) # Hospice RN Qualifications: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current NC RN license or compact state RN license.

At least two years of experience in an acute care facility or home care agency. Must possess a valid NC driver#s license. National Certification (CHPN) recommended after completion of at least two years of full-time experience as an RN in a hospice nursing practice
