At least one year experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or other closely related EMR or TruChart EHR . A valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in the state of Pennsylvania . A minimum of two years experience within a Hospice setting . Possession of a valid Driver's License, reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance Preferred Qualifications: . Your RN License number Key Responsibilities: . Collaboratively manage and deliver patient care plans . Provide patient support in Oakmont/Fox Chapel, PA, and neighboring areas . Adhere to crucial deadlines for charting purposes . Effective management of time and schedule . Demonstrate proficiency with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details: . 40 hours per week, primarily day shifts, with the potential for occasional on-call duties Travel: .
