Position/Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse Job Number: 100200173 Employment Type: Full-time Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15229 Industry: Healthcare Salary: $75,000.00 per year Job Description: Join our client’s forefront health services team as a Hospice Registered Nurse, where they've been leading in business and technological advancements within home health and hospice care for over twenty years. We are looking for a dedicated professional in West View, PA, to provide comprehensive patient care, support local patients, and ensure the timeliness of medical charting. Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field.

• At least one year of experience with TruChart EHR, EMR, or similar electronic systems.

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Hospice care.

• Must have a driving license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Key Responsibilities: - Collaboratively manage and deliver patient care plans.

• Support patients in West View, PA, and the surrounding area.

• Meet critical deadlines for charting and reporting.

• Independently manage time and scheduling.

• Proficient in the use of tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software. Schedule and Shift Details: - 40 hours per week, mainly day shifts with some on-call duties.
