Hospice Intake Nurse (RN Or Lpn)

Interim HealthCare of West Michigan is seeking an independent and detail-oriented nurse to join our Intake team in the Grand Rapids office. Our Intake team works with hospitals, facilities and community physicians to process referrals for patients signing on to Hospice.

Candidates with excellent communication and multitasking skills will succeed in this role.
