Office Location: Woburn, MA
Summary : Provides personal care and light housekeeping for patients under the direction of a licensed clinician. Duties are performed in accordance with the Hospice Aide assignment sheet.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Successful completion of the required training program which includes a minimum of 75 hours training, competency testing, written skills and 12 hours in-service per year.
Experience: Ability to make observations of changes in a patient's status.
Ability to read and write English and document in a medical chart. Understanding of and commitment to the Hospice philosophy. Ability to work with a variety of people and as a member of a team.
