We are currently searching for a Hospice Nurse to join one of the best companies in the industry. They are a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Since 1978, they have been serving the community in Southeast Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Average Case Load of About 8-12 Patients
• Coordinate Care For Patient
• Develop Care Plan (IDG)
• Ensure Patient Satisfaction
• 8,10 or 12 Hour Shifts Available
• Float to Other Units
• Flexible Schedule

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice Preferred (NOT REQUIRED)
