Hospice Community Outreach Assistant

The Hospice Community Outreach Assistant champions and promotes the mission and vision of the organization and projects a positive and professional image of the Agency in the community.

Enhance and promote the entire Agency, mainly Hospice, in the marketplace by regularly meeting with, communicating with and providing information and education to professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers regarding services provided as well as coverage criteria and reimbursement for these services.

Actively perform job duties in a manner that will promote and enhance the Agency's mission of providing high quality services to all of its customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• An outgoing, energetic, collaborative, dedicated personality a must.

• 1-2 years' experience in marketing/sales in Hospice, Home Health, Pharmaceutical, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, or other healthcare sales experience are preferred.

• Great communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team

• Great interpersonal skills.

• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
