Hospice Clinical Transition Liaison

Overview Amedisys, one of the largest and most trusted home health and hospice companies in the U.S., is looking for a hospice clinical transition liaison to join the team. This role requires a Tennessee RN or LPN license.

You will be responsible for partnering with local Liaisons for the growth and development of new business contacts and maintaining current relationships within assigned accounts. Attractive pay: Base salary between $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience) Territory:

  Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required One (1+) year experience in healthcare, business development or related industry. Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse in the state of service.
  
  Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, or related field. Experience in Hospice or healthcare Business Development. Please note:
