Company Overview The Clinical Support Specialist is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of clinical services in our Home Health and Hospice service lines. Coordinates and supervises and interdisciplinary team of staff to assure the continuity of hight quality care to home health patients assigned to the team's area in accordance with MD prescribed plan of care, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Travel for this position is expected to be 50% of the time or greater, and during times of non-travel candidates would be working from home. Essential Functions Essential Functions Receives referrals and ensures appropriate clinician and|or therapist(s) assignments for timely patient evaluation by signing off after authorization and plotting start of care (SOC) visits in assigned locations Coordinates determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals Ensures patient care rendered is individualized to patient needs, appropriate and reasonable, meets home health eligibility criteria, and is in accordance to physician orders as assigned Manages and documents phone calls from physicians, clinicians, patients, referral sources, and communicates patient updates|new orders to clinicians. Uses coordination notes to document, as needed and appropriate of assigned locations Reviews assessments and plans of care daily, per assigned workflow, and consults clinicians with recommendations, as appropriate Coordinates all aspects of care with all disciplines, physicians, durable medical equipment providers, caregivers|family members, transferring facilities, and any other applicable healthcare providers Follows-up on lab and other clinical diagnostic test, physician contact, and significant changes in the patient condition to ensure adequate physician notification, follow-up, and needed plan of care modifications and communicates such to clinicians Schedules, prepares for, facilitates, and documents case conference|SOC reports and facilitates effective exchange of information across disciplines especially with adverse findings, changes in patient condition, daily and urgent updates, as necessary Assists clinicians in coordinating the transfer and discharge of patients from agency services as indicated by the physician Receives report from field clinicians prior to scheduled days off on patient status and ongoing needs Processes new orders and updates the visit frequency, as appropriate, when the oncall RN takes supplemental verbal orders which alter frequency going forward Writes and processes orders when taking verbal orders directly from the physician and communicates such to field clinicians Assures payer change documentation is completed properly and timely, as required Reviews at least three clinical notes per clinician per week using the TL audit tool and tip sheet to ensure timely, complete, appropriate, and accurate submission of all documentation by field staff. Takes necessary action to correct adverse findings and communicates trending to branch manageras assigned Reviews, evaluates, and supervises service delivery to ensure appropriateness of care and utilization of services, equipment, and supplies through activities such as random patient visits, medical record reviews and case conferences Enters infections and incidents|occurrences into the online Risk Management Incident Reporting System, as specified by policy as appropriate Assists in the orientation of new agency personnel Provides direction and leadership to clinical team members in collaboration with the branch manager and|or director Provides direct patient care, as necessary, in accordance to scope of practice and physician orders Participates in Quality Assurance, Utilization Review, and the overall Performance Improvement plan, program, and process Assures compliance with and ensures timely follow up on daily clinical edits, outcome support, and coding edits Directs clinicians in utilizing best practice interventions when finalizing Plan of Care for all patients Receives report from weekend and after-hours clinicians admitting new patients Completes LHC required learning courses, additional assignments per DON request, as well as any state specific required training per state regulation|practice act requirements Directs team in adherence to and participates in the Episode Management process All other duties as assigned Education & Experience License Requirements Current RN licensure in state of practice Current CPR certification required Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation Equal Opportunity Employer - vets, disability.

This individual must work closely with the commercial team to coordinate account targeting, stakeholder interactions during the sales process, internal financial modeling, the offer construction and negotiation, as well as the implementation for each individual customer. We have our US head office in Raynham, Tampa as well as offices in Tampa and Milpitas. Corin offers a unique combination of clinically proven hip &amp; knee solutions and world leading technologies, our OMNIBotics &amp; OPS systems utilize intelligent instrumentation to give surgeons the ability to perform patient-specific procedures with high accuracy, with more consistent results and improved recovery rates. </p> <p><strong>The key responsibilities of the Robotic Capital Sales Executive are to</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and close capital sales cycles for products that sell for greater than $500,000.00 US.</li> <li>Sell a breakthrough technology and establish a new marketplace.</li> <li>Move sales through a budgeted and an off-budget process. </li> <li>Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities and effectively manage leads generated by the company or individually.</li> <li>Build and manage, a “funnel” of capital sales opportunities sufficient to ensure that annual quotas are met or exceeded.</li> <li>Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with the company’s prospective &amp; installed base customers and leverage relationships to drive recurrent sales cycles for the company’s orthopedic robotic products. </li> <li>Lead a cross functional team in executing the sales cycle, as well as post-sale installation and training activities at customer site. </li> <li>Transition “ownership” of account to local territory reconstructive implant sales team after installation. </li> <li>Effectively partner with marketing and sales management to build the strategies and selling tools that will further support increased selling effectiveness.</li> <li>Coordinate with operations and deployment team to ensure delivery and implementation of new systems as needed by customer.</li> <li>Work with Finance team to ensure ROI and proper documentation has been approved. </li> <li>Create and maintain Sales Forecasts.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>The ideal Robotic Capital Sales Executive will have / be </strong></p><ul> <li>A minimum education of a BA or BS degree or equivalent</li> <li>At least 5 years experience and demonstrated a high level of achievement in Surgical or Medical capital equipment sales, selling to the executive suite of Hospitals, including CEO / CFO / COO / CMO / CNO.</li> <li>Extensive experience of the use of financing and leasing products to close business.</li> <li>Demonstrated the ability to convert capital sales with quotas assigned.</li> <li>Demonstrated the ability to interact intelligently and with credibility with surgeons and allied healthcare professionals.</li> <li>Demonstrated the ability to translate clinical benefits of products to economic value to the health care provider and is comfortable with financial based selling tools.</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of hospital financial operations and acumen.</li> <li>Experience in surgical orthopaedics or other surgical procedures highly desirable.</li> <li>Previously managed a large territory as this role entails 50-75% travel</li> <li>Outstanding analytical, presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.</li> <li>Self-motivated, quick learner – easily adaptable to change</li> </ul><p><strong><i>Please note </i>we will not consider candidates living outside the territory and/or those requiring sponsorship to work inside the territory. </strong><strong><i>Corin is an equal opportunity employer.
