HOS Specialist (Lean Practitioner)

Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges

Support, train, mentor and coach all employees on Honeywell Operating System (Lean) principles, processes, and tools as defined in the implementation framework. You will oversee and coordinate implementation of lean tools and conduct kaizen improvement projects. You will lead the strategy deployment initiative and coordinate with customers, suppliers and the business to ensure continued execution on commitments and on-going continuous improvement processes. You will work across functions on lean implementation and alignment with business objectives and goals.

Work across all functions and levels of the organization to influence organizational and global change.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement change in the organization through use of Six Sigma and Lean principles.

Interact globally with other organizations within Honeywell to meet customer needs and drive business goals.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree

WE VALUE

  • Lean manufacturing experience

  • Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification

  • Experience with continuous improvement and change management

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Some project management

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Dependability and responsiveness to others

  • Ability to influence at varying levels of the organization

  • Ability to independently deliver on complex situations

Responsible for the creation, design, development and optimization of the buyer journey using the marketing automation platform Eloqua.Working with Eloqua (Marketing Automation platform). * Designing and building campaign workflows. * Creating and modifying HTML emails & landing pages. * A/B testing and best-practice sharing. * Reporting on and optimising of marketing campaigns. * Building both once-off and automated/triggered always-on campaigns. * Working on sales-enablement projects. * Optimising the Lead flow from Eloqua ->Salesforce (CRM platform). * Working to empower digital marketers and their activities (campaigns, events, paid media, social, etc.). * Assisting in the data strategy and segmentation for marketing campaigns. * Time Allotment: 20% on Projects and 80% on Campaign Development * Working Marketing Automation skills. * Some knowledge with HTML & CSS (incl. responsive design). * Strong email marketing background. * Fluency in English. * Logical and technical thinker – likes to build processes and solve problems. * Self-starter, not afraid to be scrappy and roll up your sleeves. * Excellent attention to detail. Preferred: * Experience using Eloqua and/or Salesforce. * Experience using Sirius Decisions models (e.g. Demand Waterfall). * Proficiency with JavaScript and Photoshop. * A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or computer science is preferred. * • Eloqua Masters * Salesforce Admin certified is a plus. 5-8 years in the industry is preferred Sage North America London OH
