You will gain exposure to areas such as global markets research, industry and competitive analyses, defining new product requirements, establishing value propositions, and strategic planning.

Provide analysis and guidance for new and existing product lines, including research into global and regional trends and competing technologies on specific products

Analyze competitive product line, pricing, and positioning for improved decision making on a strategic and tactical level

Have the potential opportunity to join our full-time HCL Program after graduation, Honeywell's pipeline for future general management talent

  • Actively pursuing a Masters / MBA degree (preferably in Marketing or Strategy)


  • Some strategy consulting and/or industry experience preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership ability able to work effectively with and influence others toward project goals

  • Strong business acumen knowledge of B2B business markets a plus

  • Strong strategic marketing / market intelligence orientation

  • Strong interpersonal skills able to successfully cooperate and influence with those in other functions in a matrix organization

  • Strong project management and presentation skills

Working with leaders you will champion the enablement of: * Go-To-Market models, marketing strategies and tactics necessary to sell complex solution roadmaps and demonstrate tangible proof of value to the decision maker * Create and execute a rigorous management operating system (MOS) that integrates and coordinates with routine engagement with each business * Develop practical marketing metrics and utilize interactive analytics dashboards to generate actionable insights and coaching methods that Business and Marketing Leaders can use to achieve and exceed goals versus the annual targets * Drive the Marketing Operations best practices, training and coaching on how to translate strategies into actionable marketing campaigns and sales activities – ensure common alignment across all the business units and develop a marketing operations maturity scorecard process * Drive the common standards in cross functional work flow, metrics and Return on Marketing Invested (ROMI) for end-to-end campaign management * Drive the routine self-assessment of the marketing maturity of the business and marketing competencies; identify common needs and prioritize the next step improvements by highest economic impact * Create and operate the playbook to train, validate and maintain the internal staff and external partners' capabilities to operate on the enterprise digital content management system architecture; develop and track adoption practices and metrics to optimize the (Joule) technology investment and end-to-end marketing process * Generate a proactive communication and education strategy to the global marketing community regarding benchmarking, best practices, news on tools, training and productivity enhancements The measures of success will include driving significant year-on-year improvements on lead generation, brand equity and campaign effectiveness while maintaining a robust and integrated functional excellence in marketing across the enterprise.
