Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Nestled between the mountain and Main Street, at Beaver Run you're just a few steps away from the ski slopes in the winter and the hiking trails in the summer. With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge with the most scenic views and most professional team, services and amenities.

What You'll Do:

The Homeowner Services Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for our homeowners and will provide and facilitate a broad range of services for our homeowners including refurbishment, owner reservations, onboarding owners, unit inspections, repairs and more. This position acts as a liaison for our homeowners and HOA and fosters a homeowner-centric environment. The Homeowner Services Department is essential to Beaver Run Resort's success, as it is the point of contact for over 400 homeowners and is an essential part of the homeowner experience. Position located on-premises in Breckenridge, CO. Housing may be available. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility as described below.

Position starts at $23.00/hr.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Other office administration as needed.

  • Create and foster relationships between homeowners, business partners and guests.

  • Respond to homeowner phone calls and correspondence related to accounting, refurbishment, maintenance, reservations, etc.

  • Assist owners with needs related to during their stay at Beaver Run Resort.

  • Onboard homeowners and secure Beaver Run Resort property management commitment.

  • Conduct unit inspections and assist with refurbishment tasks when needed.

  • Partner with the Beaver Run Resort staff on all issues regarding homeowners.

What You'll Bring:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

  • HOA or resort experience a plus.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Experience with property management software preferred - Springer Miller Systems a plus.
