Applicant must possess or be eligible for a 30-Day Sub Permit or California Teaching Credential (Single or Multiple Subject).

• Credential Copy

• Letter of Introduction

• Other (CBEST Results (If Applicable))

• Resume

• 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit
  OR Education Specialist Instruction Credential

• Mild/Moderate (Any Education Specialist Credential is acceptable) OR Multiple Subject Teaching Credential

• General Subjects OR Single Subject Teaching Credential

• Other (Any Single Subject Credential accepted)
