Job Description:

Production Operations supports Mortgage Banking Originations by facilitating the transition of a loan to closure.

Position Overview:

The Client Care Specialist (CSS) III is a highly skilled and tenured CCS responsible for guiding the customer throughout the process which will include requesting documentation, following up on conditions and effectively communicating terms and conditions.

In addition, CCS is responsible for hitting CSAT, Cycle time, compliance and production goals and standards. CCS will build strong relationships and responsible for Chase Private Client (CPC), Government loans(FHA/VA), escalated loans as well as work with customer to gather documents for initial approval.

Key Responsibilities:

n Ability to partner with peers inside and outside workgroups (Sales, UW, Support, Operations) for effective file resolution

n Mentors/acts as subject matter experts for CCS I and CCS II

n Establish yourself as the trusted and strategic team member to drive continued value for the customer

n Act as the champion for the customer and provide white glove customer service to our CPC customers. Always be a true advocate for the customer, escalate potential issues or concerns

n Customer obsessed focus in order to meet monthly customer satisfaction targets

n Ability to give advice and information to structure the loan to fit customer's purpose and provide white glove customer service to our Chase Private Client (CPC) customers.

n Clearly explain reasons for any change or decision on application

n Ability to take ownership of all support functions within the process in an effort to move loans forward. These functions include but are not limited to. VVOE, WVOE, payoff, HOI, Title review, Credit supplements, CD's

n Successfully able to process Employee Loans & FHA, VA loans

n Establish trust and certainty with our customers by following through on commitments

n Successfully able to process Employee Loans & FHA, VA loans

n Adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements

n Achieves satisfactory quality audit results pre-doc draw reviews

n Achieves satisfactory call and email regulatory and compliance reviews

n Meet both daily and monthly production targets as defined funded units and percentage of pipeline closed (Cycle Time, Production, CSAT goals and standards).

Qualifications:

n Minimum of 4- years of mortgage exp.

n High School diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree preferred Excellent Working knowledge of mortgage originations, specifically mortgage operations.

n Clear understanding of Credit, income and asset docs needed for conditional approval

n Government training for FHA and VA required

n Proven track record of proposing solutions to problems and utilizes available resources

n Strong Pipeline management skills

n Excellent customer Service skills

n Pro-certified or CD Mortgage expert training preferred (internal applicants only)

This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination by JPMC that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position.

Mortgage Bankers within CD, BSC, and HE are required to build a relationship with the customer, and through inbound and outbound consultative sales techniques, match the most appropriate Mortgage Banking product with the customer's need. Mortgage Bankers are also required to solicit referral business from existing Client, Realtor, Corporate, and Branch relationships to build their own sources of business. Mortgage Bankers may serve client needs in all 50 states and must be familiar with associated programs, policies, and procedures. Business Description: Consumer Direct is a nationally scoped direct-to-consumer business with teams of Mortgage Bankers located in sales centers in Phoenix, Columbus, and Milwaukee. Consumer Direct specializes in customer retention and new customer acquisition refinance transactions, purchase money mortgages, ecommerce originations, Corporate Relocation, and Home Equity in all 50 states.
