Required:

Certifications/Licenses/Experience# Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or compact licensure state Preferred Qualifications: Six (6) month of nursing experience preferred, preferably#oncology, palliative care, rehab, etc.# Case Manager experience preferred#
