Home Health Registered Nurse (Weekend)

Position/Job Title: Home Health RN - Weekend Job Number: 100200049 Employment Type: Fulltime Location: Carnegie, PA 15106 Industry: Healthcare Salary: $42.00 Per hour Job Description: We are actively recruiting a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a full-time home health position, working with patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA, and nearby communities. The role involves weekend on-call duties and delivering comprehensive patient care plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to manage time efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate patient care plans in a home health setting.

• Maintain punctual and accurate charting to meet healthcare requirements.

• Efficiently manage a flexible schedule, including on-call weekend duties.

• Travel locally to provide in-home care to patients. Qualifications:

• An Associate degree in Nursing.

• A valid Pennsylvania RN license.

• BLS and ACLS certification from either the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.

• At least one year of RN experience, demonstrating the ability to self-manage and adhere to a flexible schedule. Schedule: On-call requirements include Friday to Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with additional units on Saturday and Sunday. Two holidays per year are also part of the schedule. Travel: You must be comfortable with local travel to visit patients, accounting for approximately 20% of the day. Benefits:
