Salary and Benefits

• The hourly pay range for this position is $30.25 - $50.50
• Relocation Assistance – Up to $5,000
• Sign-On - $5,000
• Health Insurance – Employers Pay 80% (Around $50 Per Pay Period)
• Dental and Vision Insurance Offered
• Paid Time Off (24 Vacation Days in your first year)
• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 5% Match
• Mileage Reimbursement - $0.59 Per Mile
• Tuition Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (Work / Life Balance)
• 8 Hour Shifts
• Rotating Weekends
• Autonomy
• Providing Care to Patients in Their Homes
• Administer at-home IVs
• Changing Dressings
• Wound Care
• Updating Doctors about Patients' Health
• Accurate Clinical Documentation – OASIS

Requirements

• Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
• Registered Nurse RN
• Home Health, Hospice or Home Care Experience - Required
• OASIS Experience Preferred
