This is a fantastic opportunity to provide care in a home health setting and cover various territories throughout the region. Position Details: Position Title:

Registered Nurse Contract Length: 13 weeks Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Weekend Rotation: Participation may vary based on staffing.

On Call: Participation may vary based on staffing. Responsibilities: Travel approximately 150-250 miles per week within assigned territories.

Meet a minimum productivity of 30 points per week. Document patient care using HCHB EMR system. Requirements: Must have experience in home health Hospice experience required Ability to work across multiple territories as needed.
