Minimum Education: Associate's Degree Minimum Experience: 1 year of med/surg or acute care experience in an institutional setting. Preferred Experience: 1 year of prior home care experience Required Certification/Registration:

Current WV RN licensure. Provides high quality professional nursing services in a home care setting. Reports to the HomeCare Administrator.
