Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of Home Health experience is preferred.

Requirements: • Candidates must have a license prior to placement start. • This role will require floating to multiple units Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. • The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee. Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 Monday

• Friday Float Requirements: occasional travel to central/ Northern regions Mileage reimbursed at government approved rate of $0.67 mile Weekend/Holiday: PT’s rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (the Sat. they work would be given a day off during the week) Saturday only.
  
  No holiday. Required Education: Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
  
  Minimum Experience: Home Health experience, training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis. Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
