Home Health Physical Therapist

This exciting opportunity is for a 13-week home health contract in Illinois. The therapist will work with an adult and geriatric population, treating approximately 5-6 patients per day.

Candidates with home health experience are required. Housing and travel accommodations are provided, and licensing and malpractice costs will be covered. EMR experience with HCHB is preferred. We also simplify the credentialing process and provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K).
