Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant Sacramento Area, Per Diem

Job Description Job Description Salary: $85 per visit Provide Direct Patient care to a diversified population. Update documentation with training/assistance from other staff.

We use Wellsky, formerly Kinnser as our software. Initial interview can be remote, final interview at our office in Sacramento as we have additional forms to fill out. The pay is on a Per Diem (Per visit) basis and each visit will consist of drive time and approximately 20-30 minutes of Therapy.

Home health requires one year of Hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility experience in the United States. Because this is a Home Health job we require additional documentation such as Drivers License, SSN card, TB test, Physical Exam, Auto Insurance, CPR/BLS card, Immunization record, Covid-19 Vaccination card.
