Responsibilities

As a LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care for them under direction of RNs and in compliance with the physicians' orders.

Qualifications
1.Must possess a valid state driver's license.
2.Must possess automobile liability insurance.
3.Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
4.Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
5.Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
6.Must be currently licensed as an Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of employment.

This role also serves as the key point of contact for resolution of employee concerns. * Manages and tracks the application process from receipt of application through hiring for online and in-person applicants. * Sources, recruits, screens and interviews potential candidates. Selects candidates for hire in collaboration with care center leadership. * Collects and maintains accurate new hire records. * Plans, coordinates and facilitates new hire orientation sessions for all new field staff. * Ensures compliance with all new hire requirements including documentation of compliance items within the scheduling system. * Assists employees with resolution of concerns, escalating issues as needed to appropriate parties (care center leadership, payroll, employee relations consultant, etc.) and follows up as needed to ensure resolution. * Performs other duties as assigned. Required * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. May be substituted by equivalent work experience (4 year Human Resource experience) * One (1 ) years of experience in administration.
