Home Health Director of Clinical Services

We are a Medicare-certified home health and hospice agency that is seeking an experienced and caring full-time Director of Clinical Services (DCS, DON, DSN) for our Home Health division in Grants Pass and Medford, Oregon.

The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. The DCS establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.

Compensation Package:

• $120,000 to $130,000 Salary (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

• RN or PT Licensed in the State of Oregon
• 2+ years of Home Health and/or Hospice experience is preferred with at least 1 year in a management position.
• OASIS certification is preferred, but not required
• Helpful but not required certifications: Certified Home Health Nurse (CHHN), Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP), Certified Home Care Coding Specialist-Diagnosis (HCS-D), and Certified Home Health Coding Specialist (HCS-C)
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order

Responsibilities:

• Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM
• Minimal On-Call schedule that can be created with the clinical team 
• Field work only for educational purposes
• Will report to the Grants Pass location
• Utilizing Home Care Home Base EMR 
• Oversee the clinical direction and compliance of a home health division
• Manage the day-to-day supervision of clinical staff
• Contribute to and oversee department budgets
• Setting and maintaining high patient care standards in line with (CMS) Medicare COPs
• Providing ongoing education, skills training, and staff mentoring
• Communication with community partners, vendors, and healthcare providers
• Participate in all other facets of a combined home health
