Home Health Care Clinical Manager

Parx Home Healthcare is seeking a friendly and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team. As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our agency to ensure clients receive high-quality care. Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical operations of the agency
• Ensure the agency is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement policies regarding patient care
• Manage a team of nurses and caregivers
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Participate in the agency's quality improvement program
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure the best possible care for clients

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
• At least 3 years of experience in home health care
• Prior experience in a managerial/supervisory role
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and home health care industry standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
