Home Health Aide/Cna

HOME HEALTH AIDE (CNA) full time, part time, or PRN schedule. Our CNAs only work during daytime hours and all work is performed either in the private home or assisted living setting. Private transportation, auto insurance, driver's licenses, and GA CNA certification required. Home health experience is not required. You bring the desire to work in a home health setting and we will supply the rest!

What will you do? You check and record vitals and perform CNA tasks such as ADLs. Our Union City office covers Union City and the counties of South Fulton, Fayette, Coweta, and Carroll. You can also pick and choose your service area and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan

• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner

• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice

• Maintain continuity of patient care in a home care setting

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Active, current, unrestricted Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
