Home Health Aide

The Meadows of Shell Rock, located in Shell Rock, IA is a campus community featuring a 30-apartment Assisted Living (AL) community on the campus of Shell Rock Senior Living. We are seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. Home Health Aides provide meaningful support, positively impacting the lives of our residents.

CURRENT NEEDS: Part Time & Full Time

JOB SUMMARY:

Home Health Aides (HHAs) perform tasks as delegated and/or indicated on resident care plans. Assists residents in daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, bathing, dining, and cleaning services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.

• Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
