Supervisor-in-Training | Shack Shine

Overview: Shack Shine is looking for an energetic and friendly individual who enjoy working outside. A great attitude and strong work ethic are a must! This position is for highly organized, detail oriented, and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding results. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of general technicians to complete services for residential and commercial properties.
• Assist with general technician duties, creating quotes, leading and mentoring the team, and more.
• Serve as a liaison between the general technicians and the general manager.
• Provide a 5-star experience for all customers through window washing, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing of high-end residential homes using the latest equipment and technology.
• Demonstrate safety and efficiency while navigating extension ladders up to 40 feet.
• Coach teammates to ensure all services are completed professionally and timely, leaving customers satisfied.

Requirements:

• Must have 1+ years of leadership experience in general labor, maintenance, home detailing, landscaping, or a related field.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old (for insurance purposes).
• Have a positive and friendly attitude.
• Experience leading a team in a physical labor setting.
• Eagerness to advance within Shack Shine.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Be comfortable with heights and working on ladders.
• Physical labor experience is required; this position involves working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
