Home Customer Solutions Project Manager

The Home Customer Solutions Project Manager will work across Service and Underwriting departments to drive the vision by developing, implementing and iterating on process improvement strategies that support the needs of Home Customer Solutions and its customers and employees. The Project Manager will act as a sponsor and business lead, overseeing strategic and tactical initiatives. This includes and is not limited to acting as business lead on IT projects, prioritizing automation and AI initiatives and leading customer journey work. They will develop, support, and implement strategies that improve the effectiveness of the organization. This will include maximizing effectiveness of technology and people.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with Customer Solutions leadership to drive strategic initiatives and work cross-functionally across the enterprise as the business liaison for the department.

  • Act as the "voice of the agent and customer" in designing and implementing initiatives to promote ease of use, profitability and retention, and efficiency, including plans for increased agent and customer self-service.

  • Act as Project Lead for Customer Solutions IT projects, partnering with business analysts and senior leadership to complete requirements, perform testing and implement projects.

  • Lead the evolution of task automation and AI initiatives to drive efficiencies and support future organizational growth.

  • Collaborates with business users to establish and prioritize business needs.

  • Continually obtain and respond to input and feedback on service expectations to improve agent and policy holder service experience.

  • Partner with Analytics Manager to measure success of projects and identify new opportunities.

  • Responsible for the maintenance and execution of the Organization Business Continuity Plan.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • 5 or more years of Project Management, Service, and/or Underwriting experience.

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and project management skills.

  • Project management skills (planning, oversight, execution, and project controls).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
