Home Care RN LPN Nurse

Hours are very flexible. Training is provided, Self Schedule , no weekends or holidays. PRN - Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - 10-15 hours a week self scheduled.

Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes Complete Foot Care, Med Sets, Assessments, and Intakes Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service. Present educational in-service training Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team REQUIREMENTS Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current PN or RN licensure. New nurse welcome Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
