Home Care - Registered Nurse RN

PHH+, a provider of skilled home care services, is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to work with our adult and/or pediatric private duty clients in the following counties & surrounding areas:

Wake , Johnston, Harnett, Franklin, & Alamance

High Acuity and/or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required. We offer our nurses opportunities for education and growth through skills training.

Available Shifts:

• Days Mon-Fri

• 6-12 hour shift work

• FT, PT, & PRN options available with most clients

• No Weekend Requirements

RN Responsibilities:

• Review, initiate, and implement care plan in accordance with the client's needs.

• Provide one on one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages.

• Medication management & administration

• Monitor vital signs & medical equipment.

• Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable.

• Educating clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support.

• Regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, & care needs & notifying the DON accordingly

• Assist with other total care nursing duties.

• Make independent clinical decisions when necessary.

RN Position Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program

• Current RN license in good standing

• Ability to lift patients when applicable.

Pay: $32-$35
