The Recruiter will hire compassionate and dedicated caregivers to ensure clients are provided the best level of care. The recruiter must be a team player, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and excel in all aspects of customer service.
Duties:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Collaborate with staffing managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Complete agency orientations
- Complete all employee files and ensure they are all up to date with state regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating on-call schedule
