Home Care Nurse - Maplewood, MN

We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 21-year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train We have several clients in the Twin Cities area. • Trach/Vent

• Pets in the home (2 cats and 1 dog)

• Week 1: Mon, Tues

• 7am

• 5pm, Wed 7am

• 7pm and Fri 7am

• 7pm Week 2: Mon 7am

• 5pm, Tues

• Fri 7am

• 7pm No weekends at this time. Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to client

• Help maintain patients' treatment plan

• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors

• Maintain accurate patient medical records

• Provide advice and support to patients and their family members Qualifications:

• Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients

• RN or LPN Minnesota License

• Ability to build rapport with patients
