Home Care Director

Our Home Care Agency is looking to fill an open Director Position in Friendswood, Texas. Salary:TBDDuties will include primarily sales, 25 quality calls per week, oversight of the agency, on call every other week.The right candidate will come with established contacts and book of business which will refer clients. 

1. Sales experience in the same or similar field (home care, home health , hospice , skilled nursing facility)
2. Able to write a business plan each quarter.
3. Management experience to lead and provide oversite of the agency.
4. Weekly spreadsheet report revenue, referrals and hours started, number of new hires etc.
5. Ability to admit clients on service through electronic documentation.
6. On call every other week to include after hours or weekend admissions
7. Ensure agency remains in compliance with state/federal regulations.
8. Clear communication with team.
