accessAbilities, alocal non-profit Agency, is seeking a full time Home and Community Services (HCS) Coordinator who willperform a variety of duties to ensure the provision of services for clients acrossour service area.

The priority for the HCSCoordinator is staffing and supervising client care across the service areafrom multiple locations. Duties include schedulingdirect care workers and overseeing the provision of services to respond toclient needs while meeting utilization, productivity and customer satisfaction goals.Participation in a 24/7 on-call backup rotation is required.

This position provides excellentcustomer service and staffing support to our clients with a willingness tobackup other department staff in providing services when required.

Coordinator Position Requirements:

  • Associates degree in human services or related degree and one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Previous experience serving clients with physical or intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Valid driver's license/auto insurance.

  • Reliable transportation for required travel across service area Westmoreland, Armstrong, Indiana and surrounding counties.

  • Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
