We have full-time, part-time, and per diem roles available to accommodate different scheduling needs. As a Certified Nursing Aide/Home Health Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, providing essential care and support. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management- Help with light housekeeping and homemaking chores, such as meal preparation and laundry- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients- Assist with mobility and transfer assistance, as needed- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided

Requirements:- Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Compassionate and patient demeanor- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Prior experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred
